Woven waves bracelet

My first loom weaving, not perfect, I know... too tight, it twists, but on the hand it looks okay. My husband made me a loom (I will post a pic later).
This technique doesn't satisfy me at all: it is time consuming, bead consuming, thread consuming, repetitive, equipment demanding, harmful (needle) and the result looks like from a school kid. I made several designs only to find the beads I needed are nowhere to be bought and those I have are mostly too small so I had a limited choice of colours, so only this simple pattern. The white beads have sligthly smaller holes so every row was an adventure - will the needle go through or not? Anyway, despite all this I am happy it is done, at least I tried a new technique. Maybe I will make some more, but I will have to be bored (or do something else with it, it is not very intellectual-challenging).
